Working Principle When the magnetic separator drum is running, the material on the conveyor belt passes under the magnetic separator, and the magnetic elements in the material, especially the iron element, will be adsorbed to the surface of the iron removal belt. Driven by the motor, the iron-cleaning belt moves forward, and under the friction and action of the baffle, the magnetic elements on the iron-cleaning belt are driven to move accordingly. When the magnetic components leave the magnetic field area, due to gravity and inertia, they either fall onto another conveyor belt on the left, which is then transported to the assembly area, or fall into a collection box below the magnets.
